Delivering high quality and customized services

We work with educators, governmental agencies, and other public sector stakeholders to improve services for communities throughout the Bay Area and beyond. G&A has worked in the areas of pre-K-16 education reform, public health, mental health, workforce development, cultural competence, community and economic development, and criminal and juvenile justice.

Education

G&A works with child development centers, K-12 schools and districts, community colleges, universities, and adult education programs. Our focus has been on eliminating the achievement gap and equalizing opportunities. Recent work has included district planning, early childhood literacy, social-emotional development, community connections, and STEM partnerships.

Public Health

Working with clients to improve the health of their communities, G&A provides a range of consulting services to health departments, mental health services divisions, and other organizations working to reduce health disparities.
