Proven and effective organizational development and coaching services
G&A provides organizational development and coaching to a range of clients in education, public health, and social and human services. G&A assists clients in developing performance measures, benchmarks, and accountability systems to align activities with strategic goals. Working with school districts, G&A designs restructuring systems to comply with legislation and to reduce the achievement gap. Our services also include one-on-one coaching to leaders, and technical assistance to support leadership in overall organization and time management.
Research on Organizational Change:
Making any kind of system change requires changes in organizational operations and culture. G&A uses research into organizational change and adult learning to inform its approach, working to ensure that all plans incorporate implementation guidelines, benchmarks and/or performance measures.
